Phil Ruble - President/Owner

Phil has vast experience in the banking, real estate and construction businesses since 1969. His major areas of concentration have been in home mortgages, construction loans and commercial property loans. Phil 's 22 years of banking experience, was primarily with Wells Fargo Bank in Southern California. Phil spent his final four years in banking as a Senior Vice President with City National Bank responsible for a $120 Million loan portfolio.

Phil started in real estate sales and consulting in Nevada County in 1991.  In 1995, he  purchased Cornerstone Realty Group with co-founder, Mimi Simmons.  Along with Mimi, Phil has been an integral contributor in growing the business from $11 Million in annual sales and 6 employees to over $210 Million in annual sales, four locations and over 52 agents. Additionally, in 1995, Phil and Mimi founded Broad and Boulder Properties, a construction and development company, that  has successfully built over 40 homes while developing both residential and commercial property for resale. Phil also has extensive experience in property management, manufactured home sales and development, and investment property. In October 2001, Phil and Mimi purchased Olympia Mortgage and Investment Co., Inc.  Since that time, the investment and loan portfolios have more than doubled and continue to grow each year.
